A Girl Dies After Being Thrown Out Of A Bus. And Her Family Can’t Even File An FIR!

India has been democratic since the last 68 years still we are living under the rule of inequality, discrimination, corruption, poverty and most importantly our “wise but otherwise political leaders” and the crimes of course. We choose our leaders to understand our problems, help us with our society matters and most importantly, protect us and give us our required rights & aid, but now days, the people who we elect go against us for their greed of power, money and fear from the external radicals.

The crime in India has risen to such a level that people fear to even report the crime just because of the immense strength of corrupt and unworthy system people. It is high time that we as the citizens take the right step and change our system by recreating our own leaders by getting into it and be the change. Molestations, rapes, and murders, these all have been so common in India that the Indians in abroad are also being treated in a very hostile manner. In Germany many of our students were rusticated from their colleges just because they thought Indians are “RAPIST”.

Recently such a nasty case came into the eyes of our society where in a 12 year old girl and her mother were molested and thrown out of the bus.

In this perplexing situation the mother was saved but the poor little girl lost her delicate life. On this disturbing event the Punjab Education Minister stated that, “Nobody can stop accidents. Whatever happens does so by God’s will.”  But Mr. Surjit Singh Rakhar, no molestation and rape is done by God’s will. No Quran, Geeta, or Bible preaches to disrespect women and go against their will.

Their family was given a compensation of 20 lakhs, a government job for the girl’s mother and free treatment, but the family refused and demanded for justice. The family insisted to file the FIR against the bus owner and the molesters, but just due to the fear of the powerful people behind this atrocity the police refused to file the FIR.

The members have still not cremated the body and will not cremate it till their FIR is filed. Her father and mother are fighting for her justice and our Government is trying to bribe them in the name of compensation, this will not be accepted at all by us. This is nothing but showing how weak the government is that they cannot even give justice to a small little soul.

This incident has not only shaken our minds but also has shaken the status of our government. This has shown us how crooked and fragile our government is and how puny our leaders have become, not only our leaders but the people who protect us. Our own police officers who have got the power and right to arrest the ones who have committed the crime, are not able to do their duty just because some person showing is them the power of position and money.

The Indian judiciary is witnessing one of its darkest hours in its history with the current situation in the country. Where in not the worthy one, but the wealthy is getting justice, where in not the capable, but the payable are allowed to enter the court, where in not the common man, but the rich man is being privileged just because of his wealth!! This will soon change. There will come a time when not the wealthy one but the worthy one is given a chance, no the payable but the capable is given a chance where in not the rich man, but the common man is given complete JUSTICE.

So fellow citizens lets join our hands together and scuffle this hard battle of justice and corruption and I am sure one day we will overcome this soaring peak of this contagion and come out in flying colors.
