“I am a KASHMIRI and I want that Kashmir should be given away to Pakistan.”
Yes, these are the words of a Kashmiri Muslim who feels that “Kashmir” should be given away to Pakistan.
What came in your mind on hearing this?
These have to be the words of a Muslim.
Yes, you are absolutely right, she is a Muslim, but she did not say because she is a supporter of Pakistan.
I was shocked to hear this too, so I asked – are you ready to live in Pakistan if Kashmir becomes a part of it? She said, ‘no, it’s not because I want to live in Pakistan, but I don’t want to live in Kashmir anymore.’ I was bewildered – Kashmir is supposed to be the heaven after all, right?
Pakistan has been sobbing for years to get “Kashmir”. Her answer was – yes, it is heaven, but what is the point of being surrounded by most beautiful landscapes if you cannot step out of your house for the most days in a year? Out of 12 months, I could go to school only for 2 months. It’s better to end up this all and bury the hatchet. We would be able to save precious lives of our soldiers who are being sacrificed every day.
Her words left me speechless!!
This is what Kashmir is from inside, burning with the flares of hatred, torn, shattered, struggling for cessation.
Just to rule out any bias in her statements as she is a Muslim (which would certainly affect your perception) I even asked what a “NON MUSLIM” Kashmiri has to say on this. She (Mithila Matto) is Kashmiri Pandit, one of those who are craving from 26 years to go back to their homeland Kashmir. This is what she had to say – “There are people who leave their families and safeguard our borders to make sure that we are safe and sound in our homes and then there are these parasites that are enjoying the so called freedom of speech at the cost of the lives of many Hanumanthappas.”
So none of these Kashmiris think what JNU students are demanding or portraying is right. I don’t even understand what they want. Want to bring Afzal Guru back from hell or want the so called “azaadi” of Kashmir. Azaadi from Indian government or azaadi from pain it is going through. And I don’t see any point in any disparity of opinions on this issue. We need to re-look at these institutions and ensure that we are not raising terrorists with our hard earned money. After all Afzal Guru was also a professor at JNU.
If you want to know what is wrong have a look on these facts:
Average consumption of drugs in JNU is far more than total consumption in rest part of Delhi (Source). JNU can be clearly divided into two parts, Nationals and Anti Nationals. It’s also the single university, where NSUI and ABVP sometimes unite to teach lessons to Naxalites. I remember the Dantewada incident where 72 CRPF jawans were killed by Naxalites, and we were in deep sorrow. Next day, there was a notice by AISA planning to celebrate the killings of jawans.
Sometimes people wonder about the activities of these anti national Naxalites. What’s the real force driving them to do such heinous acts?
It’s their dependency on drugs, incompetency to compete in UPSC examinations and faculty who are aligned to left. Faculties are the actual carrier of the funds they receive from China. Balance sheet of Ganga Dhaba and 24×7 cafes needs to be checked to assure that the average expenditure of the students is far more than the hostel and college fee.
I request whole nation to stop paying attention to them and think in a logical and “non anti national way”
Jai Hind!!
